What is the workshop about?
This is a workshop which will focus on introducing the sustainability concept for small and medium sized companies and organizations representatives from East Africa and elevate the understanding of innovative policies, best practices and
intra-organizational entrepreneurial skills needed to build sustainable organizations, implement corporate social responsibility projects, team building, and strategies.
Green Waters approach is interactive and entrepreneur-focused. It will focus on factors such as uncertainty and risk by using PESTEL and SWOT models. The aim is that participants capture the sustainability vision efficiently so as to be able to make relevant decisions with 0 to minimal impacts on the environment.
